Refund policy

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the products for an exchange, refund, or a credit note on full-priced items only.

Exchanges/Change of mind/Returns are not accepted on sale items. Refunds are only available if your order arrives faulty.

You must notify us at support@venulux.shop within five days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made via the form of payment for the cost of the items and will not include the postage costs of the order.

Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the items are declared faulty.

Exchanges: We cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned. If you need an exchange, it is best to re-purchase the size/product you are after to ensure you don’t miss out. We will then refund your return as long as it is received within our return guidelines. You will be required to pay the additional postage for product exchanges.

All items returned must be in original condition and not be used, worn, altered, or washed, and must have the original tags attached. Please take care when trying items on to not leave makeup or perfume on the items.

Venlux accepts no responsibility for lost returns. We recommend you keep a copy of your courier’s tracking number for your follow-up.

To return items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@venulux.shop to lodge your return/exchange/credit note request within 5 days of receiving the goods.

  2. Turn the packaging you received your order inside out, or you may repackage or purchase new packaging from the post office.

  3. Include your item, tape the parcel closed, and label the front with our returns address, which will be provided when we reply to your email requesting a return at support@venulux.shop.

  4. Lodge at the post office within 14 days of your order date.
